I’m a Reader (Associate Professor) in the Department of International Politics, City University of London.
My research interests are international organizations (in particular, decision-making, resourcing, and inequalities in international bureaucracies), international security (including the Russian invasion of Ukraine), and peace operations.
My recent work has been published in International Studies Quarterly, Journal of Conflict Resolution, Journal of Peace Research, International Studies Review, Contemporary Security Policy, Third World Quarterly, and Global Governance.
I sit on the Editorial Board of International Peacekeeping.
